01 — Agreement
By accessing or using the Lakeside Marine website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02 — Inventory & Listings
All vessel listings are believed to be accurate at the time of posting but are subject to prior sale, price change, equipment changes, and verification. Specifications, hours, and condition descriptions are provided as a courtesy and are not warranted. Buyers are encouraged to inspect any vessel and request a marine survey prior to purchase.
03 — Pricing
Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, title, registration, freight, or dealer fees unless explicitly stated. Lakeside Marine reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
04 — Service Appointments
Service estimates are based on the information provided at booking and are not binding until our technicians inspect the vessel. Additional work discovered during service will be quoted before being performed.
05 — Consignment & Sell-Your-Boat
Consignment and brokerage arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement. Submitting your boat through this website does not create a binding consignment contract.
06 — Acceptable Use
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to access non-public areas, scrape, or interfere with the site.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing information.
07 — Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photography, logos, design — is owned by Lakeside Marine or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
08 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vessels are sold on the terms of the individual purchase agreement; any manufacturer warranties pass through per their original terms.
09 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakeside Marine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
10 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
11 — Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
